This was a demolition of a former post office and turned into 22 flats and a commercial retail area in Romford. This included of a Ground floor side extension, alteration of existing buildings including removal of the
front canopy, replacement shop fronts and full restoration of front elevation along with partial demolition and extension of existing building at first floor up to 4 storeys in height to produce 22 residential
units.
