We can provide initial approximate cost estimates from any drawings and prepare bills of quantities. We jointly assist the Architects to appraise the tender sums, rates, official estimates and completion times.

At the time of the interim valuation we can visit site and measure the works done and any materials brought into or stored on-site. The valuation would be recommended to the Architect for review where, if agreed, payment certificates can be paid.

We have assisted in the preparation of final accounts and the issuing of certificates of practical completion. Our involvement here is similar to that at interim valuation stage.
