On site Contract Support
QS Support can offer a post contract support service whereby we monitor the works from start to finish for the client. This can be from arranging regular site meetings, processing and agreeing contractors applications for payments, controlling any cost changes and variations, monitoring programme and progress, dealing with any request for information, and on completion, ensuring snagging and defects are attended to, manuals and certificates are issued and a successful handover is achieved. We'll assist in negotiating and agreeing on final accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and facilitating a smooth project handover.
Extension of Time and Loss and Expense
QS Support can assist with analysing and make determinations in respect to claims for Extensions of Time, and Loss and Expense Accounts, arising from delays on site. Our team can look at entitlement and validity of both claims, and any resulting quantum analysis to recover losses.
Contract Administration
QS Support can support your project with a full complement of post contract administration from arranging regular and structured progress meetings, administering change controls, request for information (RFI’s), procurement scheduling, and design information release. At each stage as the construction works unfold, QS Support can act as Contract Administrator (CA), to compliment the commercial control of the scheme.
